Heroin seized in Muse

YANGON,
13 Aug – A combined team comprising members of the local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched the house of Daw Malu of
Talon Village in Muse Township, Shan State (North) and arrested her son Gamsai
together with 0.18 kilo of heroin kept in nine soap boxes on 15 July. Daw Marlu
absconded.

Action was taken against him in accord with
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
