19.8 kilos of Ephedrine powder seized in Haka


Won Ciin Sein and Zam Ciin Than nabbed with 19.8 kilos of Ephedrine powder in Haka.

YANGON,
29 Feb – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched the car from Aye Chan Tha Bus Line, with plate No-3 Ka/2557, bound for Mandalay and seized 19.8 kilos of Ephedrine powder. When questioned, the owner fled and the two men who carried it, Zam Ciin Sein, son of U Gin Za Kyin, Nginnun village, Tiddim Township were arrested.

Action is being taken against taken against
them under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
