Takee seized with 15.5 kilos of opium at
Hsiheng Township on 7 March.
YANGON,
21 March – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and Myanmar Police
Force, acting on information, waited at Nyanbin village, Pinlaung Township,
Southern Shan State on 7 March searched one Takee, son of U Pan Te, Takaukkhun
village, Hsihen Township, and seized 15.5 kilos of opium in 10 packets.
Action is being taken against him under the
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Law.
