YANGON,
2 March – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched the house of Kyaw Ngwe,
son of U Kyaw Shein of No 1ta/32, Thanda Street, Ward 1, Myawady, and arrested
him, on 1 February.
Upon further investigation, the authorities
exposed and seized 12.5 kilos of heroin level-l hidden in the ward.
Action is being taken against him according to
law.
