20 May – A combined team comprising members of the local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, while waiting near Fulilai
Guesthouse, Kaung Mulwai ward, Muse, northern Shan State arrested Kya Shin (a)
Ah Phint, son of U Lauk Yaw, who was staying at U La Wan’s house as a tenant,
together with 110 soap boxes of heroin weighing 2.015 kilos.
Action is being taken
against him under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
