Woman drug trafficker gets
imprisonment

17 Aug- A combined team comprising members of the local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched two bags near the bus
terminal in Ward 4 of Gangaw and seized 20.2 litres of Phensedyl in 202 bottles
on 12 November. In connection with the case, the police station concerned filed
Mar Mar Win, daughter of U Nungman, under Section 19 (A) of the Narcotic Drugs
and Psychotrophic Substances Law. Gangaw District Court handed down 20 years’
imprisonment under Section 19 (A) on Mar Mar Win on 3 July.
