131,600 stimulant tablets
seized in Tachilek
Yangon,
16 June – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting of information, searched the house of Daw Cho Cho,
daughter of U Hla Pe, No 1/18 Wankaung Ward, Tachilek, Shan State (East) on 9
June and seized 131,600 stimulant tablets, 62.8 kilos of stimulant dough ready
for making tablets and a home-made single-shot short gun.
Action is taken
against her under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
