Chemical liquid seized in Muse
YANGON,
25 May – A combined team made up of members of the local battalion, the local
intelligence unit and the Anti-Drug Squad. acting on information, combed the
areas to the east of Monghsat Village in Muse Township( Map reference –
0-795688) at 1.15 am on 8 May this year and seized 40
plastic containers with 909.2 litres of acetic
anhydride and 30 plastic containers with 709.176 litres of ether. In connection
with chemicals used in producing drugs, the police station concerned is taking
action under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
