Heroin
seized in Nawnghkio

24 April � A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched a Hilux car with number
plate Na/3890 of Mayshow Bus Association leaving Lashio for PyinOoLwin, at the
check-point in Nawnghkio, Shan State (North), on 8 April.
They
seized 0.0508 kilo of herion in eight London cigarette cases of Ram Won Oak, son
of U Khwa Bwe of Zalthu Village, Falam Township.
Action is taken against him
under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
