Heroin seized in Kutkai
Yangon,
18 Dec – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on tip-off, searched Kyaw Myint (a) Hlyu Chang, son
of U Wam Si Pha of Ward 4, Kutkai, on Namphalun Village Street, Kutkai Township,
Shan State (North) on 8 December and seized 19 grams of heroin on him. Action
was taken against him under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law by
the police station concerned.
