Over 4,000 stimulant tables seized in Kengtung

Sai Mauk, Sai Shan and Kon Mar with seized stimulant tablets.
YANGON,
10 Jan – A combined team comprising members of local intelligence unit and Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched the house of Sai Mauk, son of U Sai Yi, in Peinma region, No 3 Ward, Kengtung, Shan State (East), on 20 December .
The authorities nabbed owner o f the house; Sai Mauk, 40 and Sai Shan, 40, son of U Aik Pan and Kon Mar, 40, son of U Sai Yi of Wankyan Village, Kathtaik Village-tract, Kengtung, together with 4,114 WY brand stimulant tablets, a Yamaha DT cycle and a Honda Wave cycle used in trafficking the narcotic drugs.
Action is taken against them under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Sub-stances Law.
