Aye Aye Nyein and
Win Myint nabbed with 3.264 kilios of marijuana in Hlegu on 12 June.
YANGON,
20 June – A combined team comprising members of regional intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched the house of Win
Htwe, son of U Mya Gyi, Zayatkwin Village (East), Hlegu Township, Yangon
Division, on 12 June, 2000.
The authorities arrested Win Htwe and wife Ma
Wa Wa,Lwin, daughter of U Ohn Lwin and Ma Aye Aye Nyein, daughter of U Hla Nyein,
Kamakale Village, Kawa Township and Win Myint, son of U Thaung Nyunt, Hsa/2 of
Railway Station yard, Insein Township, together with 3.264 kilos of marijuana.
Action is being taken against the four under
the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
