kilos of heroin seized in Muse
YANGON,
6 Oct – A combined team comprising local intelligence unit and members of
Anti-drug Squad, waiting near Asia World gate in Muse, Shan State (North) on 27
September, this year, stopped and searched a Hilux and arrested driver Ko Wai
Tant of Haymolon Village, Monekoe, and Lauk Si (a) Yi Lauk Si, as a passenger,
at the same village, together with 40 blocks of heroin weighing 29 kilos. Action
was taken against the two under the Narcotic Drugs. and Psychotropic Substances
Law.
