YANGON,
13 Sept – A combined team comprising members of the local intelligence unit and
Myanmar Police Force, acting on information, searched a Jeep with number plate
Ka/3706 and arrested Mg Dot (a) Mg Chun of Lwekwe Village, Hsihseng Township
together with 2,305 stimulant tablets bearing “WY” on 25 August.
On
further investigation, the authorities arrested Mg Lain (a) Mg Lay of Saikkhaung
Village of the same township.
Action was taken against them in accord with
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
