Narcotic drugs seized in
Hsenwi
YANGON, 3 Aung-A combined teams
comprising members of regional intelligence units and Myan mar Police Force, acting on
tip-off, searched the vehicle 5 Ka/ 9864 that left Mandalay for Muse at Yaypusan
checkpoint in Hsenwi Township in Shan State (North) on 21 July.
They
seized a machine used in producing stimulants, 791.27 kilos of ephedrine powder, 1,100.05
kilos of white chemicals and other dyes from driver Yaw Han, son of U Naw Taung of Muse
and owner of the vehicle Reng Hsaung (a) Reng Khone, son of U Zone Reng of Mongkoe
Township. Action is being taken against them according to law.
