Shu Yin Yein nabbed with 28860 stimulant tablets
on 9 march.
YANGON,
17 March – A combined team comprising local intelligence unit and Myanmar Police
Force, acting on information, searched passenger bus with number plates No
2Ka/5966 at Nant-hwoi Village, Kyukok (Pansai) Myoma, Muse Township, Northern
Shan State on 9 March, and arrested Shu Yin Yein, son of U Lauk San, No 8 ward,
Ywathit, Kyukok (Pansai) Muse Township, together with 28860 stimulant tablets
bearing the words “WY” and “A-99”.
Action is being taken against him under the
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Law.
