Opium seized in Lonkhin Village
YANGON, 26 Aug- A combined group comprising members of local intelligence
unit and Myanmar Police Force, action on information, searched the house of Nan Aung, son
of U Phaw Dwet Yaw of 73, Wand 5, Lonkhin Village in Phakant Township, on 15 July.
The members seized one packet of opium weighing 1.456 kilograms in
plastic basket upstairs of the house.
Action is taken against him under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotrophic
Substances Law.
